The new Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Roadster, tuned by Brabus, which had the opening night at Essen Motor Show, it’s one of the few models that attracted attention.

This concept was made by Americans and it presents a new type of car which corresponds to the idea of efficiency in combustible. “The clients are smart. They love the vehicles – the more efficient it is, the better it is.”, told us Jim Farley, the vice-president of Marketing and Publicity Department at Ford.”The new innovative technologies that were implemented in vehicles attract the clients. For example look at the SYNC- ford’s system that offers connectivity at the actual gadgets.”

In concrete term, the new technologies and innovations were very good because the consumed combustible has reduced up to 30%. Ford Explorer is a car wanted by many families. The car has a 4 cylinders engine working with the technology called EcoBoost that feeds 275 HP but there are different models of Ford Explorer, the best has a power of 340 HP. The transmission is made by 7 grades and the driver can change the speeds by pressing a button.

The car’s interior design is awesome, as I said, it is very good for families. The design is modern but very practical, ford explorer has 6 very comfortable chairs but it is still has a lot of space.

The Peugeot Flux concept car was designed by Mihai Panaitescu who won the fourth edition of Peugeot Design Competition. The car was created in order to touch the universal standards of the driving pleasure.

The theme of the fourth edition of Peugeot Design Competition (also known as P.L.E.A.S.E Inovate!) inspired the creativity of the designers from all over the world, and the result was that the competition gathered more than 4000 projects.

Flux was the best concept that illustrated the theme. It corresponds with a type of a car that touches the absolute pleasure of driving through light and effectualness. This car has an ecological design too. The jury that voted the car was made by Frederic Saint-Geours (General Manager at Peugeot cars), some agents from Peugeot and Xbox and experts who voted online.

This concept belongs to Idries Omar and it follows a simple line, aerodynamic and smooth which inspires speed. The older designs of Ferrari had some influence for this new concept, the designer kept the same place for the engine. The car looks very aggressive, just like an wild animal ready to fight.

Initially, Idries Omar drew this car as a project called “Dino” but the name wasn’t good for the aspect of the car so it took the name of Ferrari F250. The number 250 results from the legendary Ferrari 250 GTO.

The guys from Scion will try to impress us this year with a new concept called cometh. They will bring the scion cometh concept to the New York Auto Show this March.

The car looks fantastic, it looks just like the car of the future. More details about this new scion concept are scarce, so if you want to find out more wait until March for the New York Auto Show.

Here you can see the first drawings made on a computer of this new Audi Quattroflex concept. This concept it’s still a project but it deserves our attention.

Alexey Bykov is the owner of this concept, an independent teen designer which is in the creation team of Audi. This prototype already got the “Best Use of Technology Award”, took at Motives Design Awards 2006.

The main feature of this model is the possibility of extending the wheelbase. The chairs are very practical and very compliant, they can be changed as you want. On this car there is no steering wheel but it has a very good central joystick which gives the possibility of the driver to stay on the left or right side of the car.
