Nissan Forum is a new product made by Nissan Design America and it represents the step for a revolution of family cars. Because of the many family cars requests, Forum has a lot of innovative ideas – starting from the doors without tracks, and the apparition of a bench capable of being rotated 180 degrees. Nissan Forum will have the opening night this month at the Auto Show in Detroit. This car respects both the wishes of the adults and children.
In the front we can find the place for adults, equipped with a very good informational technology that it’s found in the controls and the passengers chairs, made for a relaxant drive. The place in the back it’s dedicated to the children, where they can feel comfortable and relaxed. The advanced technology that Forum is equipped with connects the two places in a unique familial place. “Nissan Forum looks more like a limo than a minivan”, told us Rachel Nguyen, the director from the Strategies Department at Nissan.

Forum is a car for dads or moms?
The design teams took care that the car corresponds both to the women and men. “The traditional minivans are also known like “Mom’s Car”, but Forum is created for dads too”. The reality is that both mom and dad, want style and performance for the personal vehicle, either to walk with the children or just travel around the world.
A great exterior Design
Respecting the initial layout of the compact car, the forum concept adopts a high level of exterior design with a body of a significant width, very good visibility and an aggressive frontal design.
A very good interior, equipped with good stuff
The forum’s interior represents a true exposition of what recent mobile communication technology means, many components were made with the collaboration of Bose Corporation. The observation of the back place is realized with the system called “Kids Cam” that uses cameras connected at a LCD.
Respect for the environment
This new concept is very efficient and has an awesome and intelligent design too. The exterior aspects complete with the engine’s heart, that will be an ecological diesel.
All in all, we can say that this is a great car for families.
