How would a muscle car look in the future? The independent designer Idries Noah takes themes from the past and designes them in the futuristic manner, thus creating the Fireblade Project, a very futuristic GT equipped with a 6.1 liter engine.

The sources of inspiration for the Fireblade Project have been models that were very famous when they were launched: Corvette Stingray, Gillet Vertigo and Shelby Dayton. The result is a GT worthy of a super hero, which combines sharp edges with fluid shapes.
The ideal propulsor for this concept would be an American engine, for example the 6.1 liter engine from the Corvette ZR1. Like the Corvette, the V8 engine can be seen thanks to a glassy surface that covers most of the hood.

The Denali XT concept will be shown at the Auto Show in Chicago. One of the main advantages that it offers is that he fuel consumption has been lowered by 50%, but the car also presents some of the future GMC truck design language that could be used for GM pickup trucks.

The Denali XT has an unibody architecture and rear wheel drive, but it falls in the Sport Utility truck, so it is a concept between an SUV and a pickup truck. The Denali Xt is equipped with a 4.9L version of GM’s V8, with fuel saving technologies such as direct-injection and Active Fuel management. In addition, this concept also features a two mode hybrid propulsion system, which includes all electric drive at low speeds. The Denali also includes a cargo space enhancing Midgate and height adjustable suspension.
The interior blends mechanical functionality with leather-trimmed comfort. The billet-metal surrounds, controls and instruments give the feeling of an aircraft cockpit. The car has a four seat interior, which is spacious and also provides generous cargo space.
In the front of the car we’ll find a multilink suspension with a forward-mounted steering rack and dual lower links with ball joints, providing sharp responses to driver input. At the rear, a four-link suspension design uses coil-over shocks and a decoupled stabilizer bar to enhance cornering control and reduce body roll.

The Mitsubishi Se-Ro concept made its debut in Tokyo. The shape of the car is a blend between a futuristic airship look and trendy burnished aluminum and tall-boy proportions with retro curvy styling. The car also has high set expansive windows which provide privacy but also good visibility from the interior.

The Se-Ro provides a personal interior, with a swing-away steering wheel and flexible seating options. The front and the rear doors open out from the center of the body. The dashboard uses a more mechanical touch, with spherical, cylindrical and other geometric shapes. The rear bench is made in the style of a sofa, thus creating a spacious area. The sofa can also be folded, in order to create a multifunctional space with lots of room.
Se-Ro is powered by a new 0.66 liter three-cylinder 12 valve DOHC turbocharged engine linked to a belt-driven, continuously variable transmission, all of these leading to good performance, and low fuel consumption. The car is also equipped with a direct-drive valvetrain with variable-lift timing, plastic intake manifold and silent chain-driven camshafts.
This concept is only 135.8 inches long and 59 inches wide, with a 102.4 inch wheelbase. The 70.6 inch high roofline helps create the spacious interior feeling.

The Corvette Z03 Concept is the latest creation of the Dutch company Ugur Sahin Design. Even though the base for this concept was the Chevrolet Corvette Z06, the car was completely redesigned, so it keeps few of the original aspects.
