Rolls Royce Silver Shadow - 1040 HP!!!

Rolls Royce has always been a great car, but a little tuning won’t do any damage!

It’s true, usually, chrome is the symbol of luxury and glamor, but the way it was used here, it doesn’t really leave a good impression. The interior isn’t fantastic, though, the protection cave which was covered in leather attracts our attention.

But the motorization is the important part, we have here a typical American case. A healthy V8 Hemi and nitro system, work very good together. The result? An immense power of 1040 HP!

Here in Canada, we have matured and no longer require the fastest time, stoplight to stoplight, and have substituted this thrill for control enough to stay loaded until the point of maximum pleasure. This maturity is reflected in our ‘road racing’ laws. If we are caught exceeding the limit by a pre-set amount, the vehicle is impounded for a week - to teach us to hold it long enough to enjoy it!

Also here in Canada we rarely put blowers on top of our motors. I’m sure there is another way to get 1040 horses in an understated way. I’d rather have a “sleeper” car in this type of vehicle and surprise someone in a Vette than something which would not be taken seriously. People would lose every race with this because they’d be laughing so hard.

Here in Canada, we dig 1040 HP cars, esp Rolls Royce! I just don’t know about the blower.

Here in America, we don’t make excuses. Just big ass engines so you all can make bastard wtf?s like this and then complain about them to each other. Theres no replacement for displacement and i hope you spent a fortune buying an imperial sized wrench set so you could tune a REAL motor.

Despite the fact that most American motors are making the switch over to metric (I am a full time mechanic), you’re bang on Uncle Sam. No replacement for displacement.

As always the grumpy old farts and wannabe’s complain and denigrate something unique. To each his own! Save your “maturity” speech for someone who gives a rip!
I’d like to see this car in action, maybe on You-Tube?
As for the comment “There’s no replacement for displacement”, thats true, except when it comes to women.
Okay Uncle B, whine some more!

The day I find the man responsible for bringing his disgusting base-10 unit of measure into my country is the day I get a fresh human skull for a hood ornament. I am going to blame Jeremy Clarkson.
