JUN Veyron – 1413 Hp and 500 km/h
Almost seven months ago, the supercar Ultimate Aero SSC built by Shelby Supercars defeated the speed world record set by the Bugatti Veyron, reaching 411.76 km/h, 5 km more than the previous record. Naturally, this thing annoyed the people at Bugatti.
Until the French built a faster version, a Japanese tuner has created the fastest Veyron ever, hoping to win back the title of world’s fastest car.
We’re talking about the first private tunning that was applied to the most expensive car in the world by the Japanese tuner JUN. After the modifications were made, the car has 1413 Hp and reaches 500 km/h.
The first attempt to break the world record set by the Ultimate Aero SSC will take place on the 7th of April and, even if the JUN Bugatti Veyron doesn’t reach 500km/h, engineers are convinced that it will go over 411 km/h.

This car is a HOAX. Bugatii has not confired it, and the pic is a photoshop fake. How on earth would putting a spoiler that large make it faster?? Also, if the Bugatii’s 16.4 engine could be tuned to go faster, Volswagen would have already done it.

there’s now way JUN has done this because VW has kep a lot of secrets to this car to itself. They wouldn’t even dream of realeasing such importan information. i know this because i am the only british mechanic in the team that helpped design the beautifull machine. It took VW years to produce it.

This picture is a photoshop fake and looks random. They should give it a larger vent and larger tyres. They made the doors n back look like a Gallardo… it sucks!!!
It is not possible coz they put a huge probably heavier spoiler on the boot.
VW would’ve done it b4 they set the old land speed record coz they would’ve set an enormous record!!!

are u a muppet lasx that car is restricked at 253mph to stop the wheels blowing after 20 seconds there are currently working on the veyron gt which they claim will hit 272mph so go home lasx and do some reading for crist sake

it wont work anyway the spoler is to big at the back and the speed at about 311mph it would blow out at about 290mph and look at it the wieght it will go slower with that god what are they thinking…
and anyway the fuel cost of it it would get rid of a full tank driving at 311mph would take about 10 minutes to get rid of a tank of fuel and about 4.5 mileigh

The picture is photoshop made, I read that on other pages. Too bad that the guy didn’t say that in this article. But a spoiler makes it slower. But if it has none it could just fly away like speed of sound and land some miles away and explode.

wat they should do is ,they should rilter the streamline shape.eg. make it flater beacause if the spoiler is to big and the fuel is heavier, the car will automaticilly use the speed it can get from that weight.

uhhhhhhh, I agree with the others because to make that car, it will have to be a whole new design than the veyron. The veyron lost to the Aero TT because of its shape and size.

OK So how many Ultimate Aero SSC’s have been sold? Can it really compete with the Veyron when NOONE has bought one? Lets see them put it on sale. Then they can say they make the fastest production car on earth. Untill then they just built a really fast car. NOT the fastest PRODUCTION car on earth!!!

even if it could, with that spoiler, it won’t go past 240!!!!!!!!!!
the current veyron doesn’t reach it’s top speed of 254mph unless u put a special key into this slot that lowers the spoiler into the car so it can go super-quick!
and y don’t the japanese make their own fastest cars instead of helping some old french geezers.

THE SPOILER IS TOO BIG, THE SHAPE ISN’T SLEEK ENOUGH, AND EVEN IF IT WAS MADE, THE WHEELS WOULD SHREAD 2 BITS BY THE TIME IT REACHED 290(UNLESS THEY GIVE IT ENORMOUS WHEELS, BUT EVEN THAT WOULD SLOW IT DOWN).

but it isn’t impossible 2 make 1 that does.

The Ultimate Aero SSC is the world’s fastest PRODUCTION car. Definitely not the fastest car (gasoline driven, pump gas, street tires, etc.). If you wanted to do over 300 mph, then JUN wouldn’t be the answer. We are talking super narrow tires, TALL gearing, very limited drag. All wheel drive is just extra weight, ducts/holes would need to be covered up, wings & mirrors removed, etc. Here is a link to a car that Jun did & no one listened to us (SSCC.us) when we told them the wing was too big for doing sustained speeds over 180MPH. WAY too much downforce in the back; blew a rear tire:

the veyron is much too heavy. the spoiler will just make it heavier. if it were weight reducted then maybe itll have a chance at getting back the record. but the ssc is faster than the veyron and it only has a twin turbo v-8 that beats a quad turbocharged w-16. so even if the veyron was weight reducted and worked on ssc can do work too. and the new ssc electric car, the ev, is estimated to go around 270. i think its gunna take too much for the veyron to take the record. but over all this car is a total hoax.

k although the car has a big spoiler if they use the one from the old car it would not be big enough to hold the car on the ground it might be a little but if the car was real then they put it like that for a reason also for you people who say the spoiler is really heavy they would have made it out of carbon fiber so it was light. second it took the bugatti almost 500 horsepower to go from 300-4oo there is no way that with an extra 400 horsepower the car is going to go another 100kph they would need to put in close to 700 more horsepower to boot it to 500 if i am correct. they could also use the same if not a little bigger tires to hold to power down or else it would spin up the tires and spin. all wheel drive does also not way to much so if they had a rear wheel drive car with 1400 and you floored it at well say 300kph you could easily spin out the rear tiers it has happened to me when i was with my friend he has a dodge viper with close to 900 hp we took it on a closed road and got up to around 250 and he hammered the gas and spun he back tires we almost crashed. now if we had a bigger spoiler on the back then the car would have enough down force to hold it on the ground

A new version of the Veyron 16.4 has done 266 mp/h a few days ago on the VW test track. This has been a OFFICIAL!!! new world record for production cars. This test run was observed by FIA and the Guiness World Record team.
This car is the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport and it has exactly 1200 hp.
