Batmobile gets a ghetto aspect

In this little world, there’s a Batman fan that most probably drives a Renault 19 or something similar to that. One day, he had a dream: to have is own Batmobile! Having a low budget, he tried to transform his old drive into a chick magnet or something. Did he succeed to do that?
