BMW Series 3 Sport Sedan Concept
Even if there hasn’t been any official news, the work of this BMW fan has caught the eye of the public through the unconventional shapes that were used. What would German officials think about this model?
Benedetto Berdone has graduated Coventry University in 2005 and has worked since then at the BeeStudio in Torino, Centro Stile Alfa Romeo and Honda Advanced Design, and is currently a freelancer. His creation represent an original interpretation of the future model BMW Series 3.
“The surface of the car is inspired by the torso of an athlete, which leaves the impression of a tensioned muscle. The level of detail on the front grille shows the attention and precision of the design” said Berdone. Even though the fans of BMW might be disturbed by this design, which they consider to be too advanced, it wouldn’t be impossible for young Benedetto to become a designer as well known as Bertone for example.

Terrible, it has no 3 series traits or lines, i hardly believe you got this picture from BMW or a viable source, considering it would flood magzine covers immediately. beyond that its such a crappy drawing that no BMW designer would ever draw, you can barely interpret the shapes of the car. BMW’s line of cars are famously gray- they have fifty seven different tones available- so they would not send a picture like this out in purple. BMW is doing great and there not about to switch there game. That plus the fact that the M3/3 series isn’t due for an upgrade like that for at least six years. Next time point out the negatives of the drawing so you can be taken seriously.

Apart from being painful to the eye, as described by Sebastian, in determining the lines, the vehicle is a close resemblance to the Toyota Lexus IS200 / Mitsubishi Lancer Mazda 3, range of vehicles, i.e (cheap) for the commoners.
